Enjoying a location only 1km from the bay of Morlaix, this entirely renovated house close to 2 other gîtes and to our farm offers a high degree of comfort.

Upstairs: twin bedroom (beds can je joined),single bedroom, wc.
Electric heating, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, m-wave, TV, Internet access.
Enclosed garden (1500m²), garden furniture, swings, BBQ and terrace.

Come and enjoy the restful setting and the proximity of town and sea.
You will enjoy walking in the old streets of Morlaix or discovering the many sites of the Morlaix bay : Carantec, the Callot island, the Chateau du Taureau, the Barnenez cairn, the seaside resort Roscoff.
You will need less than a 1-hour-drive to get to the pink granite coast.
The parish enclosures and the Arrée hills are also worth a visit.
