Located at 400m from the old port and shopping facilities, this modern, comfortable new gîte adjoins onto another gîte and provides fantastic sea views.
Ground floor: open plan kitchen with lounge, WC. 1st floor: Bedroom1: double bed 160x200, Bedroom2: twin beds 90x200, shower room, WC.
Electric heating.

Enclosed garden with furniture, BBQ, terrace, swing and garden shed. This light and welcoming gîte is ideally situated at 5 minutes walking distance from the port and the beaches.
Take pleasure in the beaten off coastal paths close to the house, the exotic garden and thalasso therapy.

Enjoy a boat trip to the Batz island or in the Morlaix bay.
Breton specialties to taste : the pink Roscoff onions, the artichokes, the fish, the breton pastries, the cider.
