Contemporary and recent (built in 2018), it has a bright living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge with direct access to a balcony and a beautiful sea view. There is also a spacious bedroom with 1 double bed (160*200) and a sea view, a shower room with Italian shower and a separate toilet. For your convenience, beds will be made up free of charge on arrival. Outside, you can enjoy a private enclosed garden, with a lounge and barbecue for those long summer evenings. At the rear of the gîtes, there is access to the owner's 8m x 4m swimming pool, heated (April to mid-October) and covered by a telescopic dome.
