The "Jonc de Plage" gîte is located 400m from the old port and its shops, on the ground floor of a house comprising 2 independent gîtes.
Contemporary and new (built in 2018), it features a bright living area with an equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, with direct access to the terrace and the cozy landscaped garden.
You will also find a spacious bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, a shower room with an Italian shower, and a separate toilet.
For your comfort, beds will be made free of charge upon your arrival.
Outside, you can enjoy a private (unfenced) garden with garden furniture, a parasol, sun loungers, a terrace, and a barbecue for enjoying long summer evenings.
From April to mid-October, in the shared garden behind the gîtes, you will have access to the owner's swimming pool (8m x 4m), heated and covered by a telescopic dome. 400m from the historic old port of Roscoff, this comfortable and sunny gîte is ideally located a 5-minute walk from restaurants and the market, beaches, the exotic garden, and the new marina.
Coastal paths run at the foot of the rental, and you will appreciate its harmonious and contemporary decor.
Access to the owner's swimming pool (outdoor 8x4m, covered by a telescopic dome, heated to 28°C).
During your stay, enjoy treatments at the Roscoff Thalasso, walks on the beach, and boat trips to the Ile de Batz...
