Renovated in 2017, this house boasts magnificent sea and island views, situated within a farmhouse just 2km from Pointe St Mathieu.
The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area with an equipped kitchen, leading directly to a terrace with sea views.
It also includes a scullery with a laundry room, a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and an adjoining en-suite shower room, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, another bedroom with two 90x200cm beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

gite magnifique avec vue sur la mer dans un cadre sublime de la pointe saint Mathieu.excellent séjour accueilli par des propriétaires très sympathiques et de plus vendant de très bons fruits et légumes a la ferme juste a coté .gite d'un haut niveau de confort avec un cadre paisible en écoutant le chant des oiseaux.

Le gîte est très confortable situé dans un endroit calme avec vue sur l'océan.Il est très bien décoré et ne manque de rien au niveau des équipements.Propriétaires très accueillants et nous avons apprécié le beau panier de légumes de leur eploitation à notre arrivée.

Nous avons été accueillis avec des douceurs de la région et de la ferme, nous avons apprécié ces gentillesses. Les propriétaires sont bienveillant et à l'écoute des locataires. Le gîte est très bien agencé, équipé et très propre. La vue sur la mer fut pour nous un atout de choi lors de notre réservation.
