On the 1st floor, in a quiet residence with trees, the 48 m² flat, bright and very functional, is composed as follows:
- entrance with cupboard,
- 2 bedrooms (140cm beds) with storage (space available for a baby bed),
- recently redone shower room, separate WC,
- equipped open-plan kitchen,
- living room with new sofa bed, opening onto a sheltered terrace (10 m²) facing south.

Combined refrigerator (freezer), new dishwasher, washing machine, 4 electric hobs, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, traditional and Tassimo coffee machines.
