Located on the ground floor, this fully renovated studio has a lovely living room, a modern kitchen and a bathroom.
The flat is composed as follows: - A living room with a sofa bed, dining area and flat-screen TV - A modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, etc. - A shower room with a large walk-in shower and heated towel rail.
The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities: - Lices market every Saturday - Walks: Parc du Thabor, Parc des Tanneurs and the meadows of the Canal Saint-Martin Transport : If you come by car, you can use a private, secure parking space at the foot of the building. - Located 300 m from the Sainte-Anne metro station and 200 m from the Chezy Dinan parking lot, with a pedestrian exit opposite the building. -Bus routes are also accessible within walking distance of the building.
Other remarks: - Housekeeping is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival. - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - The double-glazed windows and the acoustic and thermal quality of the insulation during the renovation will make your stay from a few days to several months very comfortable. - To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.

CERVANTES - Le 31bis Useful location for the old town shops and restaurants. In summer when we were there we needed the windows open at night and it was a bit noisy. It would have been good to have a couple of fans. Still a super stay.

CAMUS - Le 31bis "🙂 Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist toll, man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell im Zentrum. Linda hat uns sehr nett begrüßt und es war auch kein Problem, dass der Flieger Verspätung hatte. Sogar ein Geschenk mit regionalen Produkten aus der Bretagne stand für uns bereit! Vielen Dank für den perfekten Aufenthalt😍!
