The flat is composed as follows: - A living room with a sofa bed, dining area and flat-screen TV - A modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, etc. - A shower room with a large walk-in shower and heated towel rail. The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Activities: - Lices market every Saturday - Walks: Parc du Thabor, Parc des Tanneurs and the meadows of the Canal Saint-Martin Transport : If you come by car, you can use a private, secure parking space at the foot of the building. - Located 300 m from the Sainte-Anne metro station and 200 m from the Chezy Dinan parking lot, with a pedestrian exit opposite the building. -Bus routes are also accessible within walking distance of the building. Le séjour s’est bien très bien passé. Le logement était propre, bien équipé et correspondait à la description. La rue était calme mais à proximité du centre et des lieux d’intérêt.
Le service client a été réactif lorsque nous avons rencontré un problème de plomberie, et une personne est intervenu très rapidement.
