This charming house, located 200m from the beach, was completely renovated in March 2020 and has been Feng Shui tested! The house consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a pull-out bed, a dining room and a bathroom with shower. You will also enjoy the 2 gardens of the house: one in front of the house of 30m², the other at the back of the house of 100m² and fitted out with an outbuilding and garden furniture. Sheets and towels are not provided. See you soon!
Housing
The house can accommodate 4 people and has the following layout:
- Living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, armchairs, TV, storage unit.
- Separate kitchen with oven, dishwasher, gas hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
- Bedroom fitted out with pull-out bed for 2 persons
- Dining room with dining table for 4 people
- Fitted shower room with shower and WC
Exteriors
- At the front of the house, a 30m² garden facing WEST. You can admire the sunsets from this garden.
- At the back of the house, a second garden of 100m² EAST facing EAST, with garden furniture. You will also have an outbuilding where you will find a washing machine and bicycles. Two bicycles are at your disposal free of charge.

The house is located in a quiet area, even in high season!
- Parc Du Bois Roy at 10m
- Numerous beaches nearby: Redois beach, Comberge beach, Tharon-plage....
- Supermarket less than 2km away

- Sea-related activities: water sports, fishing on foot, marina and fishing harbour

Côté Jade "La communication pour l'arrivée très floue d'un côté arrivés autonome avec un code reçu ? D'un autre côté coup de téléphone de Gilbert (très sympathique et agréable)qui gère la location pour nous donner les clefs et faire l eta des lieux ? .
