It is composed as follows: - A lounge area with sofa and TV - A fully equipped kitchen: oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. - A family bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2) - A bathroom with shower Outside area : - A garden shared by the building's tenants The house is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Close to Saint-Enogat beach, shops and services. - Small village with character. - Water sports, Dinard spa 10 minutes' walk away, 15 minutes' drive from Saint-Malo.
Transport links : If you come by car, you can park directly in the street at the foot of the building.
Access by bus to Saint-Malo station.

🙂 Nous n'avons pas rencontré le logeur, une confiance mutuelle pour recevoir et laisser les clés. Très arrangeant 👍. Une bonne température ds l'appart car le chauffage avait été mis. Tout était selon la description.
