Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 200 m² family home built in 2006, located in the Port of Carantec, 1 minute from the beach of “La Grève blanche”.
The house, with double east-west exposure, comprises a tastefully decorated living room, fully-equipped open kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a mezzanine.
The accommodation is as follows:
First floor
- Living room with cosy armchairs around a beautiful stone fireplace, a large family dining table with 8 chairs
- Spacious, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room
- Scullery with washing machine, ironing board and boiler
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed, sofa, TV
- Bathroom with large shower, double washbasin
- Raised toilet with grab bar
Second floor:
- 3 garden-view bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms
Bedrooms 2 and 3: queen-size bed (160x200)
Bedroom 4: two single beds (90x90)
- 3 bathrooms for each bedroom: one with bathtub, the other two with shower
- Mezzanine with double sofa bed, desk, TV
- Library area
- WC
Exterior:
- Small courtyard in front of the house, very sheltered in the morning, with outdoor lounge to enjoy the beautiful, long evenings.
- Large, quiet, enclosed garden
- Afternoon sun terrace with outdoor furniture (table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue).
- Private parking for 4 cars
Nearby:
Quiet, residential neighborhood. The harbor area is made up of family homes. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
All shops are in the village, 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot.

- Sailing, sea kayaking...
- La Grève blanche” beach
- Fishing
- Long promenade on Ile Calot, accessible at low tide.
Transportation :
There is a shuttle bus from the town center to the gate at the bottom of the house.
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private parking lot (2 cars).
