Rosa is a 2 bedroom apartment of 62m2, located close to the city centre and the Place des Lices.
The apartment is located on the first floor accessible by elevator/lift or stairs.
On one side, you have a large living room opening onto a balcony terrace with a table, on the other side a fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with freezer.
The kitchen has all the crockery and utensils necessary for your stay.
A door at the entrance preserves the night side, where you will find a first room with a Queen size bed (160x200), a wardrobe, this first room has a balcony, the second room is a twin with two beds of 80x190 that can possibly be combined.
A bathroom with a large shower and sink in which you will also find the washing machine, a separate toilet and large cupboards complete this side of the flat.
The flat has a high speed internet connection with wifi connection.
Linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) and your bed will be prepared on arrival.

It has an outside private parking space.

Situat aproape de centrul orașului, intr un bloc mare , dar liniștit. Curat
Mobilă din living cam obosită.
Lipsa unui contact cu proprietarul . Societatea care îl gestionează are reguli rigide și nu există nicio socializare.
Perfect for those arriving via train and want to be centre to rennes.

Located very close to everything, C1 bus that gets you to the train station is only minutes walk from the ground floor, very close to a super market and also moments away from the markets on a weekend.
There was a little smell in the washroom that would circulate the appartment, once the door was closed no smell was found.

The place has its own secure parking slot, which was helpful. Greeting and introduction by a staff member (Menad) was excellent, clear, and explicit. Everything that one may potentially need in the area is within walking distance of the apartment, and at the same time, the apartment itself is very q...
Just to flag: we were provided with only two dishwasher tablets, although it was clear we were a family staying for five days. Also, the top of the wardrobe in the main bedroom was quite dusty — it seems it has not been cleaned in a while.
Nothing too critical, but might be worth looking into.
