Upstairs: mezzanine with sea view, 3 double bedrooms one of them with views of the sea, shower room/wc.
Electric heating, 2 TVs, Wi-Fi.
Enclosed small garden (wall, palisade, small gate), garden furniture, sun lounger, bbq and terrace. There are views of the sea from the first floor (Glénan archipelago and the cape of Beg-Meil).
Its south-facing enclosed garden is equipped with a Weber grill.
A tastefully renovated gîte ideally located in Concarneau, fishing port and seaside resort at the same time.
Come and discover the walled town, its old quarters, shops and restaurants.
Andre will take you out on his boat for a fishing tour or around the lovely bay of Concarneau.
