Located on the first line of the oceanfront, holiday home “Casa Ann” is the ideal location for a sunny, Spanish holiday on Lanzarote.
This modern 70 m² holiday home consists of a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a television, a washing machine, and a baby bed and highchair on request.
Start each day with a delicious breakfast on your private terrace (partly covered) taking in the amazing sea view.
Then head down to relax and swim at the beach right across the street.
Then explore the city, where you will find all kinds of markets, restaurants, cafés, and bars all in a 10-minute walk (800m). When you want to play a round of golf, drive just 12 minutes (11 km) down the coast to the nearest course.
Or drive just 16 minutes inland (15 km) to check out the volcano.
With both the city and the beach so incredibly close by, “Casa Ann” is the ideal accommodation for fun in the sun on Lanzarote. Street parking is available, but cannot be guaranteed.

This is a lovely little apartment right on the sea front. The apartment has been tastefully and thoughtfully decorated with lovely cushions, plants and pictures. The beds are comfortable and everything is spotless clean. My only suggestion to the owner is to provide some bedside lights to make readi...
