This modern flat, without a balcony, at 1036 m above sea level offers a fantastic location with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain world. The estate is an organic farm with several animals, including a beloved house pony. Children can even help in the stable
For winter sports enthusiasts, this is a lovely property to stay in. In just a 10-minute walk, you can reach the ski lift, which takes you to one of Austria's largest interconnected ski areas: Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. Here you can make beautiful ski tours from mountain hut to mountain hut, go tobogganing, cross-country skiing or, as a snowboarder, practice various disciplines in the fun parks. You can reach the slopes in 4 minutes by car, and a descent directly to the valley station is also possible on skis, but only if there is enough snow. In summer, you will find peace and quiet here in the middle of unspoilt nature. Whether you go hiking or mountain biking, you will be amazed by the natural beauty around you


Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
