“The vacation rental was very clean. Modern furnished. Mattresses were very comfortable. The proximity to the ski slope is of course great. You could be there on foot in about 8 minutes. The view from the balcony of the valley descent is also worth mentioning. Owner very nice and helpful. All in all good!!!”

Relax in this beautiful, modern holiday home in a quiet location, yet close to all the activities and amenities the region has to offer - such as the ski lift. From the balcony you can enjoy a wide, breathtaking view, be it in the snowy winter months or in the lush greenery of summer. A bedroom with bathroom is located opposite the flat entrance and is accessible via the communal hallway
The real highlight is the ski lift, which is located on the other side of the main road and can be easily reached on foot. From here you have quick access to the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. And don't forget the excellent connections, whether Söll, Ellmau or Kitzbühel. You can get everywhere quickly!
There is a lot of space and as the property is quiet but central, there are all kinds of activities right in front of the door in summer and winter.
Depending on the weather, snow chains or a 4x4 is recommended for the last 50 meters to the property
The accommodation consists of several separate housing units that are not directly connected to each other.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
