Accommodation description
This is one of two apartments in a holiday home, which can be rented separately or together. From your balcony you can enjoy stunning views of the mountains and after a fun day in the snow, you can easily put your ski gear in the ski storage room with shoe warmers. Bicycles can be stored in the bike shed and you can park your car at the house. In summer, the garden is a lovely place to start the day with a cup of tea. Come in soon!
Waldhaus Lechner enjoys a quiet yet central location in Mayrhofen, just 300 m from the Ahorn and Penkenbahn lifts. Supermarkets, restaurants and the Erlebnisbad Mayrhofen are all nearby. So you can just leave the car at the house.

Picturesque Mayrhofen, surrounded by imposing mountain peaks, offers a plethora of activities for nature lovers and adrenaline seekers alike. From extensive hiking and cycling trails through alpine meadows and forests, to climbing routes with breathtaking views and, of course, the famous ski resort Zillertal 3000

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
The homeowner lives in the same house where the holiday home is located.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.
