Just 300 m from the centre of Zell am Ziller, it is located in a quiet and sunny spot. All facilities of the centre and the ski area are within easy reach. With its gondola, Zell am Ziller offers easy access to the well-known ski area the Zillertal Arena. As the ski bus stops just 300 m away, this house is an excellent base for winter sports enthusiasts. But there is also plenty to do in summer.
