In winter, the free ski bus takes you directly from the house to the valley station of the Zillertal Arena, with more than 50 lifts and 139 km of slopes. Located in Austria's picturesque Zillertal valley, Zell am Ziller is a lively village that attracts nature lovers and adventurers alike. Surrounded by the mountain peaks of the Zillertal Alps, it offers a plethora of activities with a charming atmosphere. Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted.
The guests needs to sort the household waste properly.
The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated.
