The "Edelweiß" apartment, measuring 46 sqm, is located on the 1st floor.
With 2 separate bedrooms, there is ample space for 4 people, and an extra baby cot can easily be added. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a "new" kitchenette, a 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, and dishwasher.
It features a cozy Bavarian corner bench, a sofa area with a flat-screen TV, cable TV, CD player, and radio.
The bathroom has 2 sinks and a shower/toilet. Free WLAN! With a balcony-terrace on the east side and a balcony on the south side offering unobstructed mountain views, relaxation is guaranteed.
A parking space is available free of charge in front of the house. A warm "Grüß Gott" We would like to introduce you to our small, lovingly maintained farm with active agriculture, situated in a sunny location on the outskirts of the village. You can expect three cozy holiday apartments, each lovingly furnished in a Bavarian style, with a balcony or terrace including panoramic Alpine views.

A baby cot and an extra bed can be booked free of charge upon request.
A high chair for babies is also available free of charge. A local tax of €2.30 (high season, low season: €1.80) per night per adult person will be charged separately on site.
