This luxury villa is located in the north of the largest Wadden Island Texel with its wide sandy beaches.
From the large terrace you have a view of the extensive Krimbos.

The centre of De Cocksdorp is 400 m away with various shops and restaurants.
The island of Texel offers many cycling and walking paths and the bicycle is the perfect means of transport at this location.
All sights, activities and villages with terraces and shops are in a short distance from each other.
Take the children to the Caluna swimming paradise or to the seals at Ecomare, and don't forget to stop for a drink on the terrace in Den Burg or De Koog.
For walkers, the nature reserve "de Slufter" is highly recommended, as of course is a unique guided mudflat walk.

The bright living room with dining table offers comfort for a large group and there is a washing and drying combination in the common room.

De foto op de website, doet voorkomen of het een vrijstaande woning is. De werkelijkheid de woning gespiegeld 2x zo groot is en totaal 4 woningen bevat. De achtertuin moet je delen en heeft een erg lage afscheiding. De wasmachine en wasdroger bevinden zich niet in het huis, maar ij een aparte ruimte en moet gedeeld worden met de overige 3 woningen.
