The large double bed (180x200) in the ground-floor bedroom, as well as the two single beds (90x200) and the pull-out sofa bed (160x200) upstairs, guarantee sweet dreams and restful sleep.

A travel cot for babies or toddlers is also available. The modern and high-quality equipped kitchen in your holiday home offers everything you need for daily cooking.

Conjure up delicious meals for your loved ones.

As a highlight, a luxurious Landmann gas grill awaits outside, ready to prepare your favorite meat, fish, or vegetable specialties.

Simply indulge and enjoy the culinary experience. The spacious living and dining room, with its large sofa set, offers the ideal place for cozy evenings together.

Or use the space for fun hours with a larger group. On the sunny terrace, you can enjoy breakfast together and spend warm summer nights – thanks to the roof, even in the rain.

Harkebrügger See, with its crystal-clear water, offers ideal conditions for this. Nature lovers will get their fill with extensive walks around the lake and through spacious forest paths.

There is also a barefoot park in the immediate vicinity.

Or bring your bicycles; there are many cycle paths in the area directly along the water. Directly in the village of Harkebrügge, you will find a small Edeka supermarket, a gas station, a bakery, and a pharmacy within walking distance.

The distance to the town center of Barßel is about 6 km.

There you will find various shopping facilities, restaurants, and a boat harbor with a great playground for children. Harkebrügge is located near Oldenburg (16 km), Bad Zwischenahn (13 km), and Papenburg (38 km).

The North Sea is 80 km away, and the Dutch border is 60 km away. Your holiday home has been ready for occupancy since the beginning of 2021.

High-quality built-in furniture has been installed everywhere.

The house features underfloor heating, electric exterior shutters, and high-quality designer flooring in the bedrooms and living areas.

The bathroom is tiled. Smoking is not allowed in the house.

Pets are not permitted. Please note that some buildings are still under construction in the holiday area, so there may be some construction noise.

However, based on feedback from our previous guests, this has not been a disturbance.
