L’appartement est très bien, conforme à l’annonce et idéalement situé à Nice. Cependant le quartier est bruyant (la chambre est au dessus des cuisines d’un restaurant), et il n’y a pas de climatisation ce qui nous a manqué durant notre séjour où il faisait 30 degré jour et nuit. Pour profiter de la vie sur place, les proximités sont parfaites : commerces, restaurants, plage, gare sncf…
