Would you like to enjoy a beautiful villa 10 minutes from the beach? We have the perfect place for you! This villa is located in a quiet residential area of Alhaurín de la Torre, very close to the beach with several supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars.
This villa, which can accommodate 16 people, has 900m² of built area and 1500m² of plot, and is comfortable and very cozy.
The Jacuzzi and Fireplaces DO NOT WORK due to Safety and Hygiene Regulations.
It has 8 bedrooms.
On the first floor, we can find 5 bedrooms.
The master bedroom (with a 180 x 200 cm bed) is very spacious and bright.
It has a large en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
It also has a dressing room, air conditioning and heating, and a large terrace with valley views.
The second bedroom, with a 140 x 200 cm bed, is very bright, has air conditioning and heating, and large windows opening onto a small terrace with mountain views.
The third bedroom, with a 140 x 200 cm bed, has built-in wardrobes, large windows opening onto a large terrace with valley views, air conditioning, and heating.
The fourth bedroom, with a 140 x 200 cm double bed, has built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and heating, and a balcony with mountain views.
The fifth bedroom, with a 150 x 200 cm double bed, has built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and heating, and a balcony with mountain views.
This beautiful villa has a grand hall where we can see a beautiful staircase leading to the first floor.
We can see the living room, two bedrooms, and a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub.
Although we know that during your vacation you like to eat out at one of the many restaurants approximately 1 km from the house, you might feel like cooking one day, so a fully equipped kitchen is necessary.
In this villa, there are two! One is located on the main floor.
It has a microwave, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker (both filter and capsule), toaster, ceramic hob, two ovens, and kitchen utensils.
There is a pantry for storage space.
You won't need anything else!!! On the lower level, we can find the modern second fully equipped kitchen with appliances and an island, making it convenient as it is very close to the pool.

Additionally, there is an eighth bedroom with a 150x200 cm double bed, with windows providing great clarity, and a bathroom with a shower.

There is a large table that can seat 12 people, two barbecue areas, and a lit swimming pool with sun loungers and a garden.
Additionally, should the need arise, we offer our clients the following optional services: - Airport transfer service. - Car rental service. - Boat rental service. - Chef and private catering services. - Booking of local excursions and activities. - Golf and paddle tennis. - Yoga classes. - Massage services. - Extra cleaning and linen service.

Huset var bra, incheckning var mycket bra. Nära till affär för att handla. Smidigt med att ringa taxi och ta oss ut på utflykter. Busshållsplats nära huset.
Huset är av behov av uppfräschning. Samt att dom behöver kolla över HELA huset.
