This villa is Andalusian style, with capacity for 20 people has more than 1000m2 of constructed area, with 3000m2 of plot, it is comfortable, with lots of privacy and very cosy.




It has 9 bedrooms. On the first floor, we can find 5 bedrooms. The first one (with two beds of 90 x 200) is very spacious and bright and has fitted wardrobes.




The second bedroom, with a 140 x 200 bed, is very bright, has fitted wardrobes and large windows overlooking the garden and the valley. The third bedroom (with a 160 x 200 bed) has fitted wardrobes and large windows with views of the garden and the mountains.




The fourth bedroom has two 90 x 200 beds, fitted wardrobes and large windows with views of the garden and mountains.


Finally, the master bedroom (with a 180 x 200 bed), has fitted wardrobes, large windows with terrace overlooking the pool, garden and valley, and en suite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath (Jacuzzi disconnected for hygiene reasons).




On the same floor there are two fully equipped, spacious bathrooms with bathtub and shower screen.



And a large square-shaped corridor with large windows with access to a small terrace overlooking the garden and the mountains.




The main floor has two double bedrooms with two 140 x 200 beds, one of them with en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower screen. A bathroom with shower, living room with 2 large and very comfortable sofas, 2 very comfortable designer armchairs, decorative fireplace, Smart TV 65' 4K, sound system with speakers inside and outside the house, pool table, air conditioning with heating and a large table for 20 people.




The living room also has large windows with access to the large terrace. Here we can find a table for 20 people and a beautiful staircase leading directly to the garden and swimming pool.




Although we know that during your holidays you like to eat or dine out, you may one day feel like cooking, which is why it is necessary to have a kitchen equipped with everything you need. This kitchen is large and practical.




It has a microwave oven, American fridge, 2 filter coffee machines, 2 toasters, ceramic hob, oven, various kitchen utensils, iron, extractor fan, air conditioning and plenty of storage space. Plus a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a second fridge with freezer,1 freezer, iron, ironing board and storage area. You won't need more!




On this same floor we can find a large Andalusian patio with a water fountain, fitted wardrobes and a beautiful staircase with a large mirror that leads to the first floor and the ground floor.




On the ground floor, we can find two double bedrooms with 140 x 200 bed, one of them with en suite bathroom with bathtub with shower screen. A bathroom with shower, living room with two comfortable sofas, a table football, darts and a large bar area.




Villa La Favorita has a barbecue area in the garden, large 14m x 7m illuminated swimming pool with diving board, 14 sunbeds, tables and chairs by the pool with spectacular views over the Guadalhorce Valley, parking within the property, large garden, tennis court (night light not available), children's area.
