Do you want to enjoy a private villa with an Andalusian courtyard? We have the perfect place for you! Villa La Favorita is located in a residential area of Alhaurín de la Torre, very close to the beach with various supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars, all while being in a quiet environment.
This Andalusian-style villa, with capacity for 20 people, has over 1000m² of built area, on a 3000m² plot.
It is comfortable, offers great privacy, and is very welcoming. It features 9 bedrooms.
On the first floor, we find 5 bedrooms.
The first (with two 90x200cm beds) is very spacious and bright with built-in wardrobes.
The second bedroom has a 140x200cm bed, is very bright, features built-in wardrobes, and large windows with views of the garden and the valley.
The third bedroom (with a 160x200cm bed) has built-in wardrobes and large windows with views of the garden and the mountain.
The fourth bedroom has two 90x200cm beds, built-in wardrobes, and windows with views of the garden and the mountain.
Finally, the master bedroom (with a 180x200cm bed) has built-in wardrobes, large windows leading to a terrace with views of the pool, garden, and valley, and a full en-suite bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi tub (jacuzzi disconnected for hygiene reasons).
On this same floor, there are two fully equipped bathrooms, spacious with bathtubs and shower screens.
There is also a large square-shaped hallway with large windows leading to a small terrace with views of the garden and the mountain. The main floor consists of two double bedrooms with two 140x200cm beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower screen.
A bathroom with a shower, a living-dining room with 2 very spacious and comfortable sofas, 2 very comfortable designer armchairs, a decorative fireplace, a 65-inch 4K Smart TV, a sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers, a billiard table, air conditioning with heating, and a large table for 20 guests.
The living room also has large windows with access to the main terrace.
On the terrace, you'll find a table for 20 people and a beautiful staircase leading directly to the garden and pool. Although we know you like to dine out during your holidays, you might want to cook on some days, which is why we have an equipped kitchen with everything you need.
This kitchen is large and practical.
It includes a microwave oven, American-style refrigerator, 2 filter coffee makers, 2 toasters, ceramic hob, oven, various kitchen utensils, a griddle, a range hood, air conditioning, and plenty of storage space.
There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, a second refrigerator with a freezer, 1 additional freezer, an iron, an ironing board, and storage space.
You won't need anything else! On this same floor, there is a large Andalusian patio with a water fountain, built-in wardrobes, and a beautiful staircase with a large mirror that leads to the first floor and the ground floor. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms with 140x200cm beds, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower screen.

De mange aktivitetsmuligheder.
En gennemgribende reparation af de ting, der ikke fungerer fx toiletter, kogeplader. kaffemaskine. Og der var kakerlakker i kælderen. Tess Vacacional giver meget dårlig service.
Amazing villa that worked really well for our group of 10 guys.

Stunning atrium and great seating for large groups.
Tennis court was ace, pool table would have had more use if there was chalk available.
Really liked the place/area and are looking to rebook in the future.
