Do you want to enjoy a private country house with an Andalusian patio? We have the perfect place for you! Villa La Favorita is located in a residential area of Alhaurín de la Torre, very close to the beach with various supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars, all while being in a tranquil environment.
This villa is in Andalusian style, with capacity for 20 people, covering over 1000m² of built area, on a 3000m² plot.
It is comfortable, very private, and very welcoming. It has 9 bedrooms.
On the first floor, we can find 5 bedrooms.
The first (with two 90x200cm beds) is very spacious and bright and has built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom has a 140x200cm bed, is very bright, has built-in wardrobes, and large windows with views of the garden and the valley.
The third bedroom (with a 160x200cm bed) has built-in wardrobes and large windows with views of the garden and the mountains. The fourth bedroom has two 90x200cm beds, built-in wardrobes, and windows with views of the garden and the mountains. Finally, the master bedroom (with a 180x200cm bed) has built-in wardrobes, large windows with a terrace overlooking the pool, garden, and valley, and a full en-suite bathroom with a shower tray and a jacuzzi bathtub. (Jacuzzi is disconnected for hygiene reasons). On this same floor, we can find two fully equipped, spacious bathrooms with bathtubs and shower screens. And a large square-shaped hallway with large windows providing access to a small terrace with views of the garden and the mountains. Huset har alt man trenger for en nydelig ferie. Utsikt, aktiviteter, mange gode soverom for privatliv. Bassenget er stort og perfekt!
Huset ligger avsides i et byggefelt, langt til butikk og strand uten bil.
Huset er dessverre infisert med kakerlakker.
Dejligt hus, men slidt med mange ting, der ikke fungerede.

De mange aktivitetsmuligheder.
En gennemgribende reparation af de ting, der ikke fungerer fx toiletter, kogeplader. kaffemaskine. Og der var kakerlakker i kælderen. Tess Vacacional giver meget dårlig service.
