The 42 m² one-room flat is located in a modern residential building (built in 2018) on the ground floor with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow a view over the south-facing terrace to the Strelasund. Flat 10 has a fully equipped kitchenette with dining table, a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a large flat-screen TV, a floor-to-ceiling glass shower in the bathroom, free WiFi access and a free parking space in the underground car park. The rental property is a non-smoking flat, which also applies to the terrace and the communal outdoor area.
The idyllic harbour of Altefähr and the beach promenade are approx. 150 m away. Beach restaurant, pizzeria, ice cream parlour, beach bar and fish box as well as sun loungers invite you to linger in the season.
