La tranquilidad y las vistas.
Falta de atención en: detalles de decoración (plantas secas en interior, cortinas descolgadas) de limpieza (terraza superior sucia) y utensilios oxidados como el tendedero y tabla de planchado.) Alguna limpieza más del jacuzzi durante la estancia.

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt und die Raumaufteilung stimmt und ist praktisch. Der Garten, insbesondere die schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick, ist einmalig. Die Qualität der Küche und die Ausstattung (Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, etc.) wird dem Status des Hauses nicht gerecht. Ansonsten absolut toll, auch der lokale Ansprechpartner ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

La maison est propre et exactement conforme à la description, il y a même une machine à laver qui n'était pas marquée dans l'annonce . Le petit électroménager (micro-ondes et grille-pain) est fonctionnel mais vieillissant.
l'emplacement pour stationner un véhicule sur la propriété est un plus.Le jac...
