Impressive holiday villa in a private residence close to the beach in the popular holiday area of Sa Coma on the east coast of Mallorca.
The Mediterranean villa has 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on approx. 200 m² of living space spread over 2 floors. One of the bedrooms is on the lower level with access to the terrace and 1 bathroom with shower. The other 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor and share the other two bathrooms (1 of which has a bathtub). The living room with fireplace and internet, terrace access and the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, toaster, microwave and coffee machine are also located on the lower level.
At the terrace is the lovingly landscaped garden with a huge 12 m x 6 m swimming pool (depth 0.80 m x 1.80 m) and rustic brick-built outdoor shower. Sa Coma is a small village near Porto Cristo on the east coast of Mallorca. The clean and flat sandy beach of Sa Coma stretches over a length of almost 1 kilometre. It has been awarded the Blue Flag for its good water quality. Behind the beach is the promenade, which merges seamlessly into the smaller holiday resort of S'illot to the south.
