The house has a brand new and fully equipped kitchen, large living-dining room, terrace, porch, manicured gardens and 4 comfortable bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, and an additional toilet.
Its location is simply perfect, second line to the beach. There are small shops in the immediate vicinity, as well as large supermarkets (no need for a car). In addition, there is a bus stop next to the house that connects to Malaga city and Nerja town.
