Mare del Sud is an exclusive seaside villa located near Donnalucata, a characteristic fishing village renowned for its long golden sandy beaches.
The location is absolutely privileged; directly from the villa's terrace, by passing through a small gate and a short wooden walkway, you can access the free beach and the sea.
It is also conveniently within walking distance to some equipped beach clubs.
An ideal residence for large families or small groups of friends, the villa features five comfortable double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a spacious living area with a kitchen, living room, and a guest bathroom.
These welcoming, tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.
Outside, in addition to the splendid sea-facing terrace, there is a second veranda and a barbecue area at the back of the house.
Mare del Sud is also an excellent base for visiting the Baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, and Noto, as well as Marina di Ragusa with its numerous evening venues and all the other locations featured in Inspector Montalbano stories, including Sampieri, Punta Secca, and Donnafugata Castle. Interiors: Ground Floor: Entrance, living-dining room, kitchen, 1 bathroom (toilet and sink), 3 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. Attic First Floor: 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, terrace. Exteriors: 2 terraces with a portico, dining area, and barbecue. Check-in: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM Early departure: before 8:00 AM with an extra charge of Euro 30. Included services: final cleaning, bed linen and bath towels, water consumption. Das Haus war super und wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern lief schnell und unkompliziert. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einmalig.
