Welcome to the Seepark Cox! This modern and attractive holiday home in Kessel on the Lower Rhine was completed in 2021.
On a total of 60 m² there are two bedrooms with TV, a living and dining room, a bathroom and a high-quality kitchen with dishwasher, oven and a fridge-freezer combination. We are family-friendly: a baby cot and a high chair are of course available, dogs are welcome by arrangement.

The technical equipment is state-of-the-art: air conditioning, WiFi,
e-car (exclusive) and e-bike charging station, key-safe key handover, washing machine, tumble dryer, exterior
and interior blinds, and much more.
On the 440 m² large and fenced property there are two parking spaces, a garden house, the covered south-facing terrace with barbecue area and parasol as well as a large lawn area adjacent to a pond with garden house.
The holiday home is located in the middle of a young holiday settlement. Recreational and attractive leisure facilities for young and old are located a short distance around the lake. The GochNess leisure pool with its attractive sauna area is within walking distance.
You can experience the vastness of the Lower Rhine landscape along the Rhine, the refreshing air in the Reichswald forest and the German-Dutch border area by bike. You can also reach the district town of Kleve, the pilgrimage site of Kevelaer, the Dutch cities of Nijmegen and Arnhem or the cultural metropolises of the Ruhr region in no time at all.
There are numerous leisure activities for children in the surrounding area. These include the Kernwasser Wunderland, the Tivoli amusement park, Irrland in Twisteden and many more.
