We warmly welcome you to Seepark Cox! The modern and attractive holiday home in Kessel on the Lower Rhine was completed in 2021.
Across a total of 60 m², there are two bedrooms with TV, a living and dining room, a bathroom, and a high-quality kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and a fridge-freezer combination.
We are family-friendly: a baby cot and a high chair are naturally available, and dogs are welcome upon request. The technical equipment is state-of-the-art: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, e-car (exclusive) and e-bike charging station, key safe for key handover, washing machine, dryer, exterior and interior blinds, and much more. The 440 m² fenced property features two parking spaces, a garden shed, the covered south-facing terrace with a barbecue area and parasol, and a large lawn bordering a pond with a garden shed. The holiday home is located in the middle of a new holiday settlement.
Relaxing and attractive recreational facilities for young and old are located within a short distance around the lake.
The GochNess leisure pool with its attractive sauna landscape is within walking distance. By bike, you can experience the vastness of the Lower Rhine landscape along the Rhine, the refreshing air in the Reichswald forest, and the German-Dutch border region.
In a very short time, you can also reach the district town of Kleve, the pilgrimage site of Kevelaer, the Dutch cities of Nijmegen and Arnhem, or the cultural metropolises of the Ruhr area. For children, there are numerous recreational activities in the surrounding area.
