The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms with wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, the second with a bathtub), a living room with a dining area hosting a table for four. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a dishwasher. The lounge area opens onto a spacious balcony with table for five and a sun lounger; this balcony is the real highlight of the apartment, which offers some of the most outstanding view in Dubrovnik. Private parking is available in a garage by the premises for a small to medium vehicle. Amenities include BBQ, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, LCD TV, SAT TV, DVD, stereo, Wireless Internet access, air condition in the living room, dining room and 1 bedroom.

The building has a short external stairway (20 steps) with an internal stairway of 20 steps that leads up to the apartment, which is located on the second floor.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.

In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *
