This new 3-bedroom villa nested in one of the prettiest outskirts of Dubrovnik offers peace and tranquility away from vivid town centre.
Orasac, a calm oasis famous for its olive groves is about 15-20 minutes drive from Dubrovnik.
In ideal union with nature the property presents modern interior, swimming pool and spectacular views to the Adriatic and island of Kolocep.
With its 160 m2 of modern interior, the villa offers three bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms and an extra toilet.
The ground floor consists of entrance hall, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with satellite TV.
One flight of stairs leads up from the hall to the first (top) floor with 3 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.
Two of the bedrooms open onto balconies which are an ideal place for enjoying a morning coffee or tea in private, before putting on your swimsuit and jumping into the pool.
The third bedroom is twin but can be made as double for three couples staying at the villa.
Amenities include: Air-conditioning (in all rooms), SAT-TV, LCD TV, smoke detector, Wireless Internet, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, BBQ, washing machine, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, swimming pool, loungers + 3 private parking places.
Outside dining area with BBQ is a perfect spot to enjoy evening meals in the tranquil area around the estate.
A car is necessary for this property as shops, restaurants and bus stop are not within walking distance.
The property comes together with 3 free parking spaces.
Grocery shops in Orasac are within a few minute driving distance.
Sun Gardens Dubrovnik complex is 5 minute drive from the villa.
Villa Hedera VII sleeps 6 *In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection.
Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us.
In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol.
Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

My family and I loved every aspect of this property. It’s a beautiful villa with a fantastic pool and barbecue area and a lovely view of mountains and the sea. The checkin went very smoothly and the hosts were very responsive to questions. The experience was even better than expected. I would highly recommend this property for a great vacation in the Dubrovnik area.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The swimming pool outdoor eating area and barbecue were all superb and ready for us to use on arrival. A table tennis table was also set up for us with a supply of balls and bats of good quality which was something we were not expecting. I cannot fault ...
