We will process your booking as quickly as possible and send you all further information regarding the deposit and your stay via email. **Directions** You can reach the property by car via the A93 motorway. **Unit Description** The "Stallblick" holiday apartment, with two large bedrooms, is approximately 120 sqm in size and ideally suited for traveling together with grandparents or two friendly families, but is also cozy for just 2 people. It is located on the 1st floor of the stable building and is accessible via the apartment's private balcony and an external staircase (metal grate).

The apartment features a daylight bathroom with a shower, toilet, and urinal.

A fitted kitchen and a spacious living and dining area with satellite TV invite you to cook and spend cozy time together.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, a fully automatic coffee machine, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and radio. Bed linen and towels are included, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. All rooms are bright and lovingly furnished; one of the bedrooms offers a direct view of the valley and the horses. The 2 bedrooms can be chosen individually: 5-person room "Lilly": Box spring double bed (1.80x2.00m), 2 mattresses on the gallery 4-bed room "Fritzi": Box spring double bed (1.80x2.00m, can be set up as 2 single beds) and bunk bed (0.90x2.00m).

Additionally equipped with a small table and seating. A crib can be added to both bedrooms and is available free of charge. **Conditions/Extras** Pets allowed (extra charge of 15 EUR/night). Sauna use is extra: 25 EUR per day (max. 4 hours per day).
