The 50 m² holiday home consists of a living area, a well-equipped kitchen as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, fans and satellite TV, while a baby crib and a highchair are available on request.
The private outdoor area, not visible to any neighbours, boasts an open terrace with a synthetic lawn, where you can have breakfast and spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty home-cooked dinners from the stone barbecue.
The deck chairs invite you to bask in the sun, while the little pool invites you to cool off. Within 17 minutes (1.4 km) on foot, you can reach supermarkets, numerous cafés and restaurants, which are located along the promenades and the marina.
The nearest sandy beach, Playa Flamingo, can be reached after a 20-minute walk (2 km) to the centre of the resort, while the beautiful Playa Mujeres beach is a 15-minute drive (8.8 km) from the property.
Furthermore, the international airport of Lanzarote lies a 30-minute drive (33 km) from Playa Blanca.
