The house can accommodate up to 6 people and is located in a quiet street, which guarantees maximum privacy and tranquility during your stay.



The distribution of the house is divided into two floors. On the first floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room with access to a beautiful terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the stunning sea views. The house has 3 bedrooms, one of them en suite with bathroom and bathtub, and another bathroom with shower. All rooms are air-conditioned to ensure your comfort at all times.



The open kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. This way, you can prepare your own meals and enjoy dinner with family or friends.



On the ground floor, you can enjoy the private swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace and a porch with barbecue. Ideal to spend a whole day relaxing in the sun and enjoying a delicious barbecue in good company!




The house also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your convenience.



In addition, the house has wifi and TV with Dutch and German channels, so you can stay connected with your loved ones and enjoy your favourite programme.




And for added convenience, there is an outdoor parking for 2 cars, so you can enjoy your holiday without worrying about parking.

Is electricity included?


Due to the large increase in energy costs, the rental price includes a basic consumption of 15kw per day, in case of exceeding it, the extra kw will be charged at the current market price, the amount of kw/h will be indicated in the rental contract.

It measures 4x8m with a maximum depth of approximately 1.70m.



How are the beds?

There are 6 single beds of 90x190m.



Are towels included?

No, but they are available for rent.



Who is in charge of the pool maintenance?


The technician comes once a week.
