To keep you cool, the terrace has fixed sun protection, and for additional shade, there is a parasol. From the terrace, the private 8x4m swimming pool and the lower terrace can be accessed via a staircase.

Two bedrooms have double beds and direct access to the terrace and pool.

The kitchen features all the necessary modern appliances, such as a ceramic hob, a combi microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a fridge with a freezer.
