Agence a Escala très sérieuse,
Villa très agréable , traversant avec sur l'arrière
Grand jardin pour passer de bonnes soirées en famille.
Quartier calme.
Personnellement en tant que personnes âgées ayant problèmes de locomotion se serait ( quand même la distance à pieds ) pour aller à la plage .

Logement bien situé (attention rue passante), pas propre du tout (vaisselle grasse, frigo sale, sol collant etc…)Problèmes techniques (gaz et disjonction électrique ..)L’extérieur est à l’abandon sans aucun intérêt.
