Everything you need for an incredible holiday. Relax on the spacious terrace in front of the private, fenced pool, ensuring the safety of little ones. The terrace is equipped with a table and sofas so you can enjoy your meals al fresco with sea views. No need to worry about the heat, as all bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and mosquito nets. Additionally, we also have a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.
Stay connected during your stay with our Wi-Fi and Smart TV so you can keep up with all your favorite shows! For added convenience, the house also offers outdoor parking for two cars within the property with an automatic gate, a barbecue, and a ping pong table (To get the ping pong paddles, simply head to our office, and we'll be happy to provide them). The pool does not have lighting for night use. If you have further questions, such as: Is electricity included? Due to the significant increase in energy costs, a basic consumption of 15 kWh per day is included in the rental price.
If this limit is exceeded, extra kWh will be charged at the current market price.

Alles. Heel fijn gelijkvloers appartement met heerlijk zwembad en ruim terras met goede stoelen.
Prachtig uitzicht over de baai van Rosas. Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Alle kamers hebben airco. Compact en ruim genoeg voor zes volwassenen.
We komen zeker weer terug.
