The main floor of the house has a total of three bedrooms with an open-plan living area.

The main floor of the house has a fully equipped open plan kitchen with all the appliances you need to prepare delicious meals, from dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer to coffee maker, toaster and kettle.Everything you need to enjoy an amazing holiday.
Relax on the spacious terrace in front of the private pool, which is fenced to ensure the safety of the little ones.
The terrace is equipped with a table and sofas so you can enjoy your meals outside with sea views.
There is no need to worry about the heat, as all the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and mosquito nets.
In addition, we also have a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience.
Stay connected during your stay with our Wi-Fi connection and Smart TV so you can keep up with all your favourite series!
For added convenience, the house also has outdoor parking for two cars within the estate with an automatic fence, a barbecue and ping pong table (For ping pong paddles, simply head to our office and we will be happy to provide them for you.)

Alles. Heel fijn gelijkvloers appartement met heerlijk zwembad en ruim terras met goede stoelen.
Prachtig uitzicht over de baai van Rosas. Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Alle kamers hebben airco. Compact en ruim genoeg voor zes volwassenen.
We komen zeker weer terug.
