This elegant house with private pool and sea views is located in the exclusive urbanization of Mas Fumats, in Roses.



With capacity for 6 to 8 people, it is the perfect retreat for an unforgettable holiday.



The house is distributed over two floors to provide comfort and privacy to our guests.



On the main floor, you will find a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and two spacious double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. One of these bathrooms has a shower, while the other has a relaxing bathtub.



Furthermore, a charming staircase will lead you to the tower, where the third bedroom with private bathroom and shower awaits.



On the ground floor, at pool level, you will find an additional studio with a double bed and its own bathroom with shower.


This space is available exclusively for groups of more than 6 people during the low season, with a small supplement per extra person.



The house has air conditioning in three of the bedrooms and in the cosy lounge, although the studio on the ground floor does not have this service.



The lounge, overlooking the stunning bay, is a bright and welcoming place.



The separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals.



We also have a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your convenience.



To keep you connected and entertained, we offer WiFi and a TV with English and German channels.




You can also park up to two cars in the outdoor car park.

Is electricity included?


Yes, a basic consumption of 15kw per day is included, in case of exceeding it, the extra kw will be charged at the current market price and the amount of the kw/h will be indicated in the rental contract.


How big is the swimming pool?


It measures 4x8m with a maximum depth of approximately 1.70m.



What are the beds like?

There are 2 double beds of 180x200m, 1 double bed of 150x200m and 2 single beds of 90x190m.



Are towels included?


No, but they are available for rent.



Who takes care of the pool maintenance?

The technician comes once a week.
