Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information
Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. Should a visitors' tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.

Important payment information and other conditions
A prepayment of 50% is due upon booking. You can pay the remaining amount in cash on arrival or transfer it before arrival. Unfortunately, we are not equipped for credit cards. The visitor's tax and other services, e.g. bread service, will be settled in cash on departure. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance in good time. You can obtain an application form from your insurance company or bank.
