Ihr Ferienhof liegt ca. 7 km überhalb von Überlingen und dem Bodenseeufer in einem kleinen Weiler vom Erholungsort Lippertsreute Schloss Heiligenberg. Die ganze Vielfalt der Region mit seiner unverfälschten Natur und seiner großen Kulturgeschichte erwartet Sie. Eine Vielzahl von Rad- und Wanderwegen laden ein, die Region zu geniesen. Ob Sporttauchen, Wasserski, Segeln oder einfach nur anschauen und die Seele baumeln lassen – der Bodensee fasziniert jeden auf seine Weise. Je nach Jahreszeit erhalten Sie in unserem Hofladen die schönsten Früchte – erntefrisch für Sie gepflückt.
Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.

Please note that the prices do not include the visitors´ tax. Should a visitors´ tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.
Important payment information and other conditions
A prepayment of 50% is due upon booking. You can pay the remaining amount in cash on arrival or transfer it before arrival. Unfortunately, we are not equipped for credit cards. The visitor's tax and other services, e.g. bread service, will be settled in cash on departure. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance in good time. You can obtain an application form from your insurance company or bank.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, äußerst zuvorkommend und alles lief wunderbar entspannt und unkompliziert ab! Die Ferienwohnung war ebenfalls sehr komfortabel und großzügig. Ein idealer Ort mit Kleinkind. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Der Tv-Empfang über die Sat-Schüssel war verbesserungswürdig, auch wenn das im Urlaub nicht sooo wichtig ist 😊
Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit vielen Spiel-und freitzeitangeboten.
