The apartment is designed to offer a quiet and family-friendly atmosphere, therefore it is not suitable for young groups who may want to party.
Respect for the neighborhood is paramount: after 10:00 PM, no noise or disruptive lights are tolerated.
Noisy gatherings and inappropriate behavior are strictly forbidden to preserve the tranquility of the place. This 1st floor apartment has one bedroom with a full bathroom and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is equipped with WIFI, air conditioning in the living room, and a large ceiling fan in the bedroom. There is one bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hobs, an oven, a coffee maker, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, etc. The living-dining room is equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table. There is a small private terrace with a table and chairs. There is a private parking space. The apartment is located within a beautiful and quiet property with a large communal swimming pool and a well-maintained garden. You can sunbathe and relax peacefully around the pool (12m x 4.5m). It has child safety features.
There are sun loungers, parasols, tables, and outdoor chairs. The complex is excellently located within a quiet, residential neighborhood.
The beach and all amenities, supermarkets, newsagents, bars, and restaurants are a 100-meter walk away. Very close by is the "Muga" river, and the natural path following its course will lead you on long walks by bicycle, on foot, or running into the heart of the nature reserve. Ideal location for family holidays. - No smoking inside the apartment and we do not accept pets. - The tourist tax is €2 per person/night up to a maximum of 7 nights (children under 16 are exempt). Payable on arrival. - Young groups under 30 years old coming to enjoy the nightlife will not feel comfortable in this building, therefore we do not accept them. - For the benefit of everyone and out of respect for the neighbors, we ask our tenants not to organize parties and not to make noise after 10:00 PM. - Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
If you wish, we can offer a rental service.
The price is €15 per person (including bed linen and two towels per person). - For arrivals between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM, a supplement of €30 will be applied after 8:00 PM, midnight €50, and after that €10 per additional hour. - COT (UPON REQUEST) - Communal, self-service washing machine.

Tout etait parfait. Super accueil. Appartement propre, logement bien équipé. La place de parking est un plus. La piscine est superbe. Le logement est tres bien situé vis a vis de la mer mais aussi des commerces.
