The apartment is designed to offer a tranquil and family-friendly environment, therefore it is not suitable for young party-seeking groups.
Respect for the neighborhood is paramount: after 10 PM, no sound or light disturbances are tolerated.
Noisy gatherings and inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited to preserve the serenity of the location. This ground-floor, 1-bedroom apartment with one bathroom can accommodate up to 4 people. It is equipped with WIFI and air conditioning in the living room. There is a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower.
The open-plan kitchen has all the necessary equipment (hob, oven, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.....). The spacious living/dining room is equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table. There is a small private terrace with garden furniture. There is a private parking space. The apartment is located on a very beautiful and quiet property with a large communal swimming pool and a very well-maintained garden.
Sun loungers, hammocks, and outdoor tables and chairs await you for peaceful relaxation in the sun around the secure swimming pool (12m x 4.5m). The property is excellently situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood.
The beach and all amenities, supermarket, newsstand, bars, and restaurants are 100 meters away on foot.
The landscaped surroundings of the nearby "Muga" river will take you on long bike rides, walks, or runs in the heart of the nature reserve. - The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. - Free WIFI will allow you to stay connected to the whole world. - The tourist tax is €2 per person (from 16 years old) per day, with a maximum of 7 days. - This very family-friendly residence will not be suitable for young groups coming to enjoy nightlife.
Out of respect for their surroundings, there should be no noise after 10 PM. For all these reasons, we do not accept groups of young people under 30 years old. - Sheets and towels are not included.
If you require sheets and bath towels, the price is €15 per person (sheets and 2 bath towels per person). - For arrivals after 8 PM, an extra charge of €30 will apply, €50 after midnight, and €10 per additional hour. - Crib available on request. - Collective, self-service washing machine.
