Villa Vittoria (the sister of Villa Cosima) is located in a secluded and therefore very secure private residence with other terraced houses.
The private residence has a very rare private, direct access to the free and fine sandy beach with infrastructure in the popular holiday destination San Pietro in Bevagna in Apulia.
In front of and behind the house you will find a furnished, partially covered terrace with electric marquise and garden area with numerous green plants.
Your car can be parked right next to the house within the private residence (remote control for the entrance gate).
On approx. 80m² of living space, there is a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen and guest WC as well as a daylight bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms on the upper floor.
Outside there is an outdoor shower.
The house is supplied with drinking water.
