It offers you: a main room with fitted kitchen, living room and lounge area, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90 (including 1 bunk), a bathroom with toilet, and 1 parental suite with 1 bed in 140 and a bathroom with wc.
Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace facing west, ideal for your aperitifs and dinners, a garden (shared with the other gites), and private parking (along the gite at the back) .
To the delight of young and old: a heated indoor swimming pool (8.5m x 4.5m) with a spa.
The swimming pool and spa area is accessible all year round from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and is shared with gites 56G169117 (located adjoining) and 56G169147 (located nearby).
The cottage is located in a dead end street, and next to the owners' house and their farm (600m) Between the Ria d'Etel and the sea of Gavres, come and discover the breathtaking landscapes: the bar of Etel, the Ria and its many islets including that of St Cado, the marshes and the dunes...

Jacuzzi.
Bien situé pour visiter Groix et la Ria d Etel.
Confortable pour 6 adultes.
Nous n avions pas compris qu il fallait passer par l extérieur pour aller dans la piscine et jacuzzi
