Information about the host
Centrally located flat in Lindenberg, in a quiet residential area, with its own garden and terrace.
The flat has just been newly renovated and has underfloor heating, electric shutters, east-facing windows and a south-facing terrace. The furnishings are modern and of high quality.
A terrace that invites you to linger on nice days with comfortable furniture and a modern barbecue.
You can reach the holiday flat with a view of the mountains via your own entrance. A washing machine and a private car parking space are available.
The spacious eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, cooker, oven, extractor fan and the necessary small appliances such as toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine etc.
Smart TV in the living room and bedroom and free WiFi are included.
The flat is a non-smoking flat. However, you can smoke on the terrace at any time.
Since this is a child-friendly neighbourhood, families are also welcome.
Children up to the age of 8 are free of charge. Many things that are often and gladly needed with children are also optional. (high chair, cot, child safety locks that can be activated on cupboards, sandpit and much more)
In the neighbourhood you can find leisure activities of all kinds. From the forest lake where you can swim and walk. Many hiking possibilities and attractions like the Skywalk. Skiing and tobogganing areas are not far away. Local attractions such as the observation tower on the Nadenberg or the hat museum are also worth a visit.
The holiday flat is in a central but quiet location. It is located in a small side street with little traffic. The street is also a good distance from the holiday flat. You will find everything you need nearby. From supermarkets to bakeries and butchers. Sights such as the Hut Museum and the Waldsee are also not far away and within walking distance.

The prices do not include the local tourist tax.
Cancellation conditions:
Cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at 90% of the total price.
A deposit of 25% of the total price is due for payment within seven days of receipt of the booking documents.

Drive on the A7 towards Memmingen.
Keep right at the fork, continue on E43 and follow the signs for Bregenz/Lindau
Continue straight on E43 for approx. 1km
Join the A96/E43
At exit 3-Sigmarszell take the B31/B308 towards Sigmarszell/Scheidegg/Flughafen Fridrchshafen
After approx. 13 km take the third exit at the roundabout to stay on the B308 (direction Lindenberg)
Continue straight ahead
After approx. 1.5 km turn right into Sonnenhalde (first house)
