Information about the host
They have a separate entrance and a roof terrace with seating. The holiday flat is bright, spacious and child-friendly. The large living/dining room has an open-plan kitchen area, the children's room has an XXL bunk bed suitable for three children and the bathroom has a washing machine. The guest rooms each have a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom as well as a shared breakfast room.

For the children there is a trampoline, a sandpit and slacklines in the beautiful, large park-like grounds. Our tomcat Oskar is happy to be petted. Chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and running ducks live on the farm.

The 62 km² Werdauer Forest is a popular excursion destination for hikers and cyclists. Also worth a visit is the district town of Greiz, 8 km away, the former residence of the Reussian princes with its castles and a park worth seeing. The Plohn leisure park, alum and stalactite caves and the largest brick railway bridge, the Göltzschtalbrücke, are all within a 20 km radius. Day trips to Erfurt, Weimar, Jena, Leipzig, Dresden and the Ore Mountains are also possible. If you are looking for peace and relaxation or want to experience a lot of culture, you can do both from here!

Bringing a dog is only possible in our guest room 1. The price is 10,00 Euro / dog & night (max. 40,00 Euro / stay).
Bike rental 8,- Euro / bike per person & day
Rides with the horse-drawn carriage can be arranged.
We offer guided tours through our farm.

Your arrival is possible from 3 pm to 8 pm. On the day of departure, the accommodation units must be vacated by 10 am.

Free cancellation is possible up to 6 weeks before arrival, after that 90% of the total price will be charged as cancellation costs.
A deposit of 50% of the total price is required immediately after booking.
The remaining amount is due no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
No refund in the event of early departure. We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Journey description
The Rittergut is located in Reudnitz on the state road 1086 between Greiz and Werdau. Coming from Greiz, follow the road through the village until the continuous development ends on the left (Werdauer Str. No. 13). Shortly afterwards, a driveway leads up to our estate, Werdauer Straße 15.

Coming from Werdau, drive past two former LPG halls on the right and the car service centre. You will then see the manor house with the yellow main building on the right above the road. Turn into the driveway before the next house.

Description of the unit
The holiday flat is bright and friendly, has 85 square metres and a particularly pleasant indoor climate thanks to the clay construction. We have focussed on cosiness and functionality in the furnishings so that you can feel at home from the very first minute. The spacious living room is divided by a room divider made of open half-timbered beams. The sofa and TV are located at the back. At the front, a round table invites you to play games, do puzzles and crafts. The dining area and kitchen are open to the living room. The dining table comfortably seats five people, and eight if the table from the children's room is added. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other an XXL bunk bed. There is room for one person upstairs and two people downstairs.
The bathroom is very spacious and particularly family-friendly. There is a children's washbasin, a washing machine and a hairdryer. The shower with glass partition has a level entrance and there is plenty of space in the bathroom furniture for your personal cosmetics.
The holiday flat is ideal for 5 people. There is an extra bed for 2 more people on the couch in the living room.
You can enjoy the sunny hours of the day on the furnished roof terrace.
Dogs and pets are not allowed to stay in our holiday flat.
