In addition, there is a large terrace with a swimming pool, sunbeds to enjoy the sun and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. Next to the terrace there is a children's playground, which makes it an ideal property for everyone.

All bookings include free of charge all mains water consumption, €50 electricity consumption per booking and, in the winter season and if the property has it, €50 for non-electricity consumption (oil, gas or propane heating). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has air conditioning and central heating throughout the accommodation.
The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax.
