Outside the house stands out a formidable pool along with its huge garden, fully furnished and has sun loungers to enjoy sunbathing, reading a book or simply enjoy good company. You will also find outdoor furniture and a barbecue to get together and make every summer afternoon a pleasure. Inside, a large window gives access to the spacious living room, with comfortable armchairs, surrounded by a delicate decoration. The dining room communicates with the kitchen, which is fully equipped and at your disposal.

The 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms allow the stay of 12 guests in total comfort. Free wifi is available. This villa is equipped with specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles. A complete mechanical workshop is at your disposal.




Public transport: less than 500 metres away you will find the following regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 of TIB. Our recommendation to go to the city centre is line 25 which, in just 15 minutes, will leave you in a very central area of Palma.

All bookings include free of charge all running water consumption, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by gasoil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.



This house has heating in all rooms. However, it does not have air-conditioning, so guests will be provided with the necessary fans.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax.




All bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.



Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' peace and quiet must be respected. Please moderate noise to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
